About Us

Project Manager

  • With over 12 years of hands-on project management experience, Sam is Elevaré's hardscaping specialist — and the driving force behind every project we deliver.

    Sam's expertise is in the work that shapes the ground beneath your feet: retaining walls, concrete slabs, pool surrounds, fencing, earthworks, drainage, and excavation. He understands how these projects work from the ground up - because he's been doing them his entire career.

    What sets Sam apart is that he owns and operates his own excavation equipment. This means faster mobilisation, tighter cost control, and no reliance on third-party machinery — a significant advantage that directly benefits our clients in both price and programme.

    He has held senior roles within large construction companies and has successfully run his own construction business - giving him a rare combination of on-the-ground technical expertise and the commercial discipline to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and profitably.

    Sam is highly organised, solutions-focused, and known for staying calm under pressure. He manages every project personally, from the first site visit through to handover.

  • Lucy brings creativity, people skills, and entrepreneurial drive to Elevare Construction. 

    Her creative background has seen her build and grow successful businesses of her own, while confidently showcasing her work and ideas.

    A natural people person, Lucy excels in client relationships, communication, and brand presence. Her strong network and ability to connect with the right people at the right time adds significant value to both clients and the business.
