At the end of the consultation, we'll outline our recommended approach and discuss next steps.

Once you're happy with the proposal and the Build Contract is signed, we get to work. Sam manages your project from start to finish - coordinating in-house machinery, specialist trades, materials, and timelines.
You'll have one clear point of contact throughout, with regular updates so you always know what's happening on site.

On completion, we walk the finished project with you to ensure everything meets the agreed scope and standard. We provide all relevant documentation and remain available after handover for any questions that arise.
